Hiking & Trekking Poles Size Guide
On flat ground the top of the trekking pole handle should be at waist or hip level and your elbow at 90 degrees (see illustration).
For walking, hiking, and backpacking: stability and support matter most. Size up if you're right on a size cusp.
For running: uphill propulsion matters most. Size down if you're right on a size cusp.

The three, 100% carbon fibre shafts offer efficient and secure length changes thanks to the remarkable dual FlickLock Pro adjustability.
The super comfortable, wicking cork grip includes a durable padded wrist-strap and a non-slip EVA extension for swift choke-ups on difficult terrain. These versatile trekking poles have both low-profile Trekking Baskets and Powder Baskets, as well as interchangeable Tech Tips that allow you to switch between carbide & rubber tips when you're changing trail surfaces. The premium cork grip has a dual-density top as well as an adjustable 360-degree sewn strap.
